Baby DumBo(이하 "회사")는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 이 처리방침은 회사가 어떤 정보를 어떻게 수집·이용·보관·파기하는지 설명합니다.
· 계정 정보: 이메일, 소셜 로그인(카카오·Google·Apple) 식별자, 표시 이름 · 아기 프로필: 이름, 생년월일, 성별, 출생 키/몸무게 · 육아 기록: 수유·수면·기저귀·체온·투약·성장·이유식·예방접종 기록 및 기존에 저장된 사진 기록의 메타데이터 · 가족공유 정보: 초대 코드, 구성원 표시 이름, 권한(소유자/구성원) · 위치정보: "주변 소아과 찾기" 기능을 사용할 때에 한해 기기의 위치정보(Google Maps)
이용자가 앱에 직접 입력하거나, 카카오·Google·Apple 소셜 로그인 인증 시 제공에 동의한 정보를 전달받는 방식으로 수집합니다. 별도의 회원가입 양식이나 설문은 사용하지 않습니다.
육아 기록의 저장 및 기기 간 동기화, 가족공유 기능 제공, 리포트·패턴 분석 제공, 병원 찾기 등 부가기능 제공, 고객 문의 응대, 부정 이용 방지 및 서비스 안정성 유지를 위해 이용합니다. 육아 상담(케어 챗봇) 기능은 기기 내부 데이터베이스만 사용하며, 입력한 질문이나 기록을 외부 AI 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.
회원 탈퇴 시 관련 개인정보는 지체 없이 파기합니다. 단, 관계 법령(전자상거래법 등)에서 별도 보존을 요구하는 경우 해당 기간 동안 분리 보관 후 파기합니다. 기기에만 저장되는 기록(로그인하지 않고 사용하는 경우)은 앱 삭제 시 함께 삭제됩니다.
회사는 이용자의 동의 없이 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 서비스 제공을 위해 아래와 같이 처리를 위탁하고 있습니다. · Supabase (인증 및 데이터베이스 저장/동기화) · 카카오·Google·Apple (소셜 로그인 인증) · Google Maps Platform (주변 소아과 검색 시 위치 기반 검색 결과 제공) 가족공유 기능을 사용하면 초대를 수락한 구성원에게 아기 기록이 공유됩니다. 공유 여부와 범위는 이용자가 직접 관리할 수 있습니다.
이 앱에 입력되는 "아기" 정보는 만 14세 미만 자녀에 관한 정보로, 자녀 본인이 아닌 보호자(회원)가 대리 입력·관리합니다. 보호자는 자녀 정보를 입력함으로써 이 처리방침에 동의한 것으로 간주되며, 자녀 정보의 정확성과 관리에 대한 책임을 집니다. 자녀가 성장하여 본인의 정보를 직접 관리하고자 하는 경우, 보호자를 통해 계정 접근 권한 조정 또는 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
이용자(보호자)는 언제든지 자신 및 등록한 자녀의 개인정보에 대해 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 앱 내 설정 > 계정 삭제를 통해 직접 요청하거나, support@babylog.app 으로 문의하면 지체 없이 조치합니다.
전자적 파일 형태의 정보는 복구할 수 없는 기술적 방법으로 삭제하며, 서면으로 출력된 정보는 없습니다. 파기 사유가 발생한 개인정보는 파기 사유가 발생한 날로부터 지체 없이 파기합니다.
비밀번호가 필요 없는 소셜 로그인 방식을 사용하며, 통신 구간은 암호화(HTTPS)됩니다. 개인정보 처리 시스템에 대한 접근 권한은 최소한으로 관리합니다.

이 처리방침의 내용이 변경되는 경우 시행 최소 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)에 앱 공지사항 또는 이 화면을 통해 고지합니다.
Baby DumBo ("the Company") takes your privacy seriously. This notice explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can control it.
Account info (email, social login ID from Kakao/Google/Apple, display name); baby profile (name, birth date, gender, birth height/weight); care records (feeding, sleep, diaper, temperature, medicine, growth, weaning, vaccination, and metadata for any legacy photo records); family-sharing info (invite codes, member names, roles); location only when you use "nearby pediatric clinics" (via Google Maps).
Directly from what you type into the app, and from the profile fields you agree to share when signing in with Kakao, Google, or Apple. We do not run a separate signup survey.
To store and sync your records, power family sharing, generate reports and pattern insights, provide the clinic-finder, respond to support requests, and keep the service reliable and secure. The in-app care chatbot uses only an on-device knowledge base — your questions and records are never sent to an external AI service.
When you delete your account, related personal data is deleted without delay, except where law requires a longer retention period, in which case it is stored separately until that period ends. Data kept only on your device (guest mode) is removed when you delete the app.
We never sell or share your data with third parties without consent. We do use these processors to run the service: Supabase (auth & database), Kakao/Google/Apple (social sign-in), and Google Maps Platform (clinic search). If you use family sharing, invited members can see the baby's records — you control who is invited and can remove access at any time.
The "baby" profile in this app belongs to a child under 14 and is entered and managed on their behalf by a parent/guardian (the account holder). By entering this information, the guardian agrees to this policy and is responsible for its accuracy. As the child grows, the guardian may request access changes or deletion on their behalf.
You may request access, correction, deletion, or a pause in processing of your (and your registered child's) data at any time via Settings > Delete Account, or by emailing support@babylog.app — we will respond without delay.
Electronic records are deleted using methods that prevent recovery; we do not keep paper records. Data is deleted without delay once the reason for retention no longer applies.
We use passwordless social sign-in, encrypt data in transit (HTTPS), and limit access to backend systems to what is necessary.
